Bucharest · 18 July 2026

One nation.
One vote.
One ECU.

Vote ECU New Team at the General Assembly in Bucharest. The full program, the full budget and the full team — published, costed and accountable.

Six headline commitments

What you are voting for.

01

Free participation in the European Team Championship

ECU covers accommodation for every team — mirroring the Olympiad.

02

European Championships as top-tier global events

The continent's flagship tournaments, restored to their full prestige.

03

A major boost for small nations

Quadruple the budget by abolishing the presidential salary — €80k → €320k.

04

Unlocking public & EU funding

A dedicated EU Funding Officer from day one. 3–4 large projects every year.

05

€30,000 per commission, every year

From €80,000 to €210,000 per year — €30,000 per commission.

06

Term limits for the ECU President

Maximum two four-year terms. No more entrenched power.

For players, clubs & federations

You don't vote on 18 July — but your delegate does.

Every European federation sends one delegate to the General Assembly in Bucharest. If you want a stronger, fairer ECU, the most useful thing you can do is tell your delegate. It takes five minutes.

01

Find your delegate

Your national federation's president, general secretary or appointed ECU delegate. Their email is on the federation's website, or write to us and we'll point you to the right person.

02

Send a short message

A few sentences in your own words. Personal, on-the-record support from a national player is the single most persuasive thing a delegate can hear.

03

Tell us you've written

Drop us a line via the contact form so we know which federations have heard from their players. We will follow up where it helps.
